Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations: Deposits for birthday tables, romantic setups, and proposals are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled event. For any cancellations made prior to this 24-hour window, please note that all refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee to cover credit card, PayPal, or website transaction costs. Cut-off Time: The 24-hour deadline is calculated based on an 8:00 PM EST cut-off time on the day prior to your reservation. Rescheduling: We are happy to assist with rescheduling your event, provided we are notified at least 24 hours in advance. All rescheduled bookings remain subject to service and space availability.
